Before March 29th, 2007 I have to hand it to you guys, you do one heck of a job with service and support! ICDO isn't the first site that I've hosted with Ace-Host, but it is the largest - almost half a gig of files, and a 50+meg SQL database. The only complaint I've ever had with your service was that backups are disabled in cpanel due to the resources they hog - but I was recently told that you guys are doing daily/weekly/monthly backups of the SQL databases, and weekly backups of standard (i.e. non-archive and non-media files).Outstanding. I've got two sites hosted with you now, and am recommending you to all of my LAMP solution clients.

Before March 29th, 2007 Acenet's support turnaround time is exceptional, with timely and thoughtful answers to all my queries. They take the time to answer the most basic of techincal answers the average person might have. Keep the good work up.

Before March 29th, 2007 I am owner of a computer service & support company. And have been looking for that one good hosting service and found Ace-net. I was impressed with there service once I became a member. At first I was reluctant to sign up with them because of the low price thinking where's the scam? And after reading some customer reviews from other sites I became comfortable enough to sign up an agreement with the service offered. I have had to use their tech support asking ways to configure things and was impressed in the professionalism they conducted themselves in. If there was a problem with my hosting I was also notified by email about it and assured action is being taken to rectify the situation. Great price and an outstanding group of people to help you, what more do you really need? I will be renewing my contract again after this year is over. Before March 29th, 2007 I had two different questions tonight (Chistmas night) and almost before I finished my question, one of the guys shot back a response and got me the answers that I needed. Other visits to your tech section have found similiar experience. Your people know what they're talking about, seem to truly care about customers, are responsive and therefore they are the main reason I keep renewing with Ace-Host.

Before March 29th, 2007 I have been using Acenet for the past two years and just recently renewed for another three years. Their professionalism and quality of service are unsurpassed and their rates are very fair and affordable. They have EXTENSIVE website tools for not only creating your website but also analyzing your traffic. But here is the icing on the cake... I called ... ... and was talking to a LIVE PERSON BEFORE THE SECOND RING!!!! Personable and extremely helpful, Sean anticipated everything I needed and had all my questions, changes, and account information handled within minutes. Excellent company with excellent personnel.

Before March 29th, 2007 I have dealt with many hoster and AceNet response time is the best. Their technical staff as courtious and efficient. They got my site going in almost as soon as I submit a ticket. I would give them a 5 out of 5 and refer them to any one. BTW, this is not the first time they were so responsive. In the past they have equally effective. Job well done

Before March 29th, 2007 The entire staff at Acenet Inc. has continually provided me with outstanding sales and technical support. Recently, Acenet Inc. processed several account upgrade requests for me quickly and efficiency. In stead of selling me something I did not need, they found a no cost alternative that provided me with all the functionally I required. Requests are typically responded to within seconds or one to two minutes. They are customer focused and technically proficient professionals.
