Before March 29th, 2007 I have a very good and long experience with Ace-Host. There support is wonderful, the technical team is perfect, peoples are glad to help and to find better solutions to keep the servers up and running. I never had a good customer care as much as Ace Host is providing.

Before March 29th, 2007 I just wanted to say, in particular, Ace-host's help line (person-person) is just fantastic - prompt and always helpful. Some of my clients use other hosts (some large, some small), and Ace-host, so far, if the best. Not the cheapest around, but given the 100% service of the server and the humans behind it well worth the extra cost to be sure things work.

Before March 29th, 2007 I can't believe how incredibly helpful, and stable Acenet is. If there ever is a problem, you can submit a help request, and then, BAMM, a few minutes later, you get a VERY helpful response, and in just the time they said it would take. I can't believe I didn't find Acenet sooner!! Acenet really has there stuff down!! Price, speed, customer service, and reliability. I will be with Acenet for as long as I can!! Thanks guys!!
