Ace-Host has been a blessing for us. The speed in which they have answered all of our questions and problems has had us use them several times. We run several websites and help others as well. Hi, I would like to share my thoughts about your service with you. I've sign up before for a hosting package at another company and all they can help me on was from hosting problem. There help to me was very limited. I am not a webdesigner, I have no knowlegde of creating website or so. My "ex" web hosting wasn't able to help me in anything concerning my site. So than I choose to change hosting company and I was refer to you. Not only your price are very interesting, but your customer services are outstanding. I had many problem installing my store, but your technicians were all able to help me. Few ones I want to name are: Jesse S.Duane C.Ryan F.Ryan K.Brian D.Matt S.Jeremy DAndy VBrian O And god... there are so many... I didn't know I was working with so many technician. Most helpfull of them all were Jesse S. and Ryan K. What would I do without this super team work? I even think that the price I am paying right not for my hosting is too low compared to the services I have receive. If there is any other way I can support this good work, I will do so. I have been a customer for some time now and have to say the server, and the service has been great here.I have a few other domains at other hosting company's and will admitt that ace-host has been the best host that i have. WOW! Where do I begin. You guys are absolutely the best there is. There is no better support for any hosting company on the internet. On several occasions I've needed help, and don't think I've ever had to wait over a couple of hours on any question any time of the day or night. I have been providing domain hosting for over 5 years, both through reseller accounts and dedicated servers. I have had many different providers, but never one as prompt and efficient AceNet. The support response time is fantastic, and they seem willing to do anything to help. I will recommend them to anyone needing a dedicated server.

Hi, I could not avoid writing testimonial since I have been getting fantastic supports from helping crew. I was with shared host of another company just weeks ago and moved to dedicated server of Acenet due to website expansion. I was noticed Acenet has probably the best support ever while I was looking for dedicated server company to be with. Because you can't just find any company that helps your files transfer as well as free server configuration with willingness. Most of companies may ask you to pay service fee. Also the most fantastic thing of being with Acenet is to see an answer of support ticket within minutes. And the answers are useful and practical while very many host companies that support "real-time chat" or "quick-answering" might be busy for excuses of what you faced the problems. I am pretty happy with my new quality server and service. I hope this company will take off to be number one in their business field.

I would like to thank Acenet for the quick response time in replying to technical support questions. Any time I have ever had to send out an e- to them they have always msg'ed be back within mins. Tonight for example I sent in an email because I lost my account information and as no sooner then a minute to 1 1/2 mins I already had a reply.
