The support from ACENET has been excellent in the 2 years I have been a client. Storage is good, but service is foremost in hosting a web site. There may be less expensive alternatives than ACENET, but they are penny wise and pound foolish if they do not provide good support. Recently I experienced a problem with my website and received a response that solved the problem with blazing speed and much appreicated civility. I recommend ACENET to my friends. Frankly, I normally do not do testimonials like this, but when service is good and people go out of their way to help, I like to acknowledge that!

I was drawn here initially because of your extremely fast page-loading time. But I ended up being even more impressed with your service. Your guys were always there within minutes. And they stayed with the problem as long as it existed (or until I understood what I was doing wrong!). Other places SAY they offer 24/7 support...but it's like raising the dead to actually get ahold of someone. Yours is the most impressive online support system I've ever seen.

The web interface setup by Ace for managing you website is very easy to use. But when I did need help I was blown away by the technical support I received. After submitting an online ticket, I switched back to my email software and had the complete answer to my problem. It was less than 5 minutes! I?m sure that won?t happen every time, they will have to take a nap and go to the restroom, but this was better then paid telephone support!

I have to say, Ace is the best hosting around. Anytime I have a problem they are quick to respond, and are very kind and very patient with me. I adore all the guys at the tech department. Even before I decided to go with them, they treated me like I was already part of their hosting. My suggestion is to go with these guys with all your hosting needs!

The NQHR has been with Acenet for years and never been disatisfied or left hanging. Weve only had one down time in all those years. We tried another company once that was less expensive but quickly realized our mistake and came running back. Acenet offers the best support around the clock as well as the best packages and upgrades so you can grow as you need and not waste alott of money on stuff you wont use. You just wont find better! we are so greatful that we found acenet, being from africa, it is very difficult to buy any service thru the internet, let alone make payments because we dont use credit cards. many websites do not accept western union as a mode of payment because they are narrow minded by having in mind customers from developed countries, but with ace-net, hosting a website or any other internet service is so easy especially with their 24 hour online support where you get reliable and helpful answers instantly. please keep it up, you help the developing world keep up with global trends.

The tech supporters are very knowledgeable, very patient even we asked some very simple questions. Many times we sent questions to the support at very late night, such as 11:00pm. But to our great pleasant surprise we received reply before we went to bed! This kind of service as far as we know is very rare in Michigan. We want to thank Acenet very much and we want to strongly recommend Acenet to everyone. It is not a fare tale and it is the great experience we have had with Acenet.
