A shared purpose has united all of us here at Acenet, and that purpose is to eliminate
the worry, stress and frustration from your life that all too often burdens other webmasters. Seeing you
enjoy an easy, fun and rewarding evening with your website is what all of us are passionate about.
It's really a perception -- a shared way of seeing the purpose behind what all of us do each and every day. It's hard to express in sound bites, because our competitors make all the same claims. "Your website will be lightning-fast, perfectly reliable and support is out of this world." Surely you have seen these cliches again and again.
In the most simple of terms, you will enjoy a smooth experience at Acenet.
None of us really even know exactly how the Acenet culture came to be, it just happened. No individual was responsible for it; it was a team of talents... rallying together behind an unspoken purpose in perfect harmony. If the exact formula was known to us, riches could probably be made selling it to other companies -- because they're still searching for the answer.
It more than likely boils down to everyone truly caring, and caring about all the right things for all the right reasons.
Whatever it is, its presence will become obvious soon after we start working together. You'll sense it.
Until then, the next best way to get a feel for it is by hearing how it has touched others. And hopefully their stories motivate you to experience it for yourself, because you could be spared untold oodles of emotional grief. (You should hear some of the pains others have suffered before stumbling upon us. Sadly hosting is a completely unregulated industry. Buyer beware.)
And know this: if your experience is anything short of "breathtaking" (that's how Jenny Cassar put it into words), Acenet doesn't deserve your business. You'll either be glad you allowed us the opportunity to serve you (and we'll be working together for years to come) or we'll say our goodbyes -- after returning your full payment and doing everthing possible to make your departure a pleasant one -- and you'll walk away knowing Acenet is a class-act. That's our pledge to you.

Before March 29th, 2007 Acenet has FABULOUS support. I have another host and it takes 3 days to get a reply to a support ticket. Not with Acenet...it usually takes less than 30 minutes...I've even it had it take less than 10!They are so curteous and patient when we are frantic. It takes alot of patience to be nice when I am freakin out over a problem I don't have enough understanding to even know if it is serious..it's serious to me...Great job guys!!

Before March 29th, 2007 It isn't easy in these times to express the appreciation and sincere esteem that has grown within me for the AceNet team (Staff). It isn't easy to find True Service and Support like the Staff there has always given to me.But more important to me, is the FACT that the Staff has always been supportive (and further patient) with my inexperience in informatics; always addressing kindly and with comprehension the effects of my stressed-out lifestyle whenever the volcano erupted with add-on problems (I normally created) with our sites and servers there.A 'word' to describe what I feel? Two words: True Friendship! And or me, that is special. I am aVietnam Combat Vet, who values highly the expression, or human definition' of 'Friendship'.In closing, thank 'You All' or being there for me!

Before March 29th, 2007 When I signed up for your hosting, I was worried that my tech questions via email would take days to get answers but you guys have far surpassed any of my doubts. You came very highly recommended by a current or former client of yours, who is a web designer. As a former programmer who is very interested in doing web design you are always helpful and speedy.I can not thank you enough......

Before March 29th, 2007 I am delighted with ACEHOST and their support. Helpful, courteous, rapid response to questions are especially appreciated by a newcomer to hosting. The performance and value is beyond my expectations. I can recommend it highly. As a photographer I depend on rapid downloading of webpages which I seem to be getting. I would gladly offer some pictures to embelish your site if desired. What attracted me was the relatively restrained presentation of the site, the absence of a lot of free-bies, and the pre-sale answers, plus checking with some of your testimonial people who gave high marks.Your support puts my other host to shame for their long response times and obtuse repiles to my questions that have required restating at least twice to get an answer.
