Before March 29th, 2007 I normally don't take the time to write testimonials, but since I have been completely blown away with the great customer service by the fine folks at ace-host.net, I decided to make an exception. I have been developing webistes since 1994, and have been through many hosts over the years. And in that time I have spent a ton of money and time trying to find a host that gives as much as Ace_host.net does. Especially in the support department - these guys are highly qualified and lightning fast - seriously! With past hosting companies, a normal support ticket would take up to 24 hours for a response (sometimes by folks who weren't qualified to be support techs) A normal ticket here is answered (and usually resolved) within a few minutes. (no joke) I continue to place all of my clients on Ace-Host servers, quite frankly because I don't want to ever deal with any future tech support issues with the websites I build. Before March 29th, 2007 If quick technical support from experts in the field of hosting is what you are looking from, look no further. I run a business based in Greece and rely on ACENET for all my customer hosting services. They have never delayed my technical support requests for more than 30 minutes with an average reply of 3-5 minutes!

Before March 29th, 2007 My hat is off to Brian and Duane for doing such a great job on assisting me with my email problem. It was not a problem on your side, rather with my ISP. They did not give up until they had worked through the problem and help me isolate it. ... ... What little I have had to use the support group, they have been very professional, and work hard to correct the problem, even if it's on my side. Great job guys, and I'm staying with Acenet!
