Before March 29th, 2007 It is rare to find a company that does what it promises and Acenet is one of these rarities. The response times from the technical support, on the few occasions it was required, was exceptionally fast, polite, informative and understanding. Acenet for hosting as a price/performance ratio, is top class and I would have no hesitation in reccomending them. It is also worthwhile to note that this is the first company I have ever felt the need to make such a statement/trestimonial, in any field of business and industry I have experienced over the last 30 years in business. Before March 29th, 2007 These days hosting a website is no more a challenging or expensive task. There are several hosting companies around the world doing the job for very low prices. I tried almost a dozen, in my country and in the US, before hanging with AceNet. I couldn't find a hosting company providing a better hosting plan for the price. I really enjoy making business with ACENET, for the price, features and a very fast and professional support staff.

Before March 29th, 2007 While subscribing to ACENET, I saw other services that appeared to have lower prices. I switched to one of them only to find that when the smoke cleared the price wasn't much lower. Then I had trouble getting my account set-up with this other company and after numerous e-mails, phone calls and other inquiries with no solution, I cancelled and returned to ACENET. When I communicate with ACENET support, I know I'm getting someone that knows what they are talking about. And now that I'm back with ACENET, we worked together to find an appropriate rate plan and now I'm paying LESS than I was with the other company I mentioned above! The key to ACENET is when you have an issue or problem, they are RIGHT THERE to take it on!
