I've been with Acenet since 2004 and I'm still impressed with their quality of service, super fast response time. Don't be fooled by the low prices, these guys are well worth a lot more than they ask for!

Every time I have sought assistance from Acenet tech support (usually because I messed something up) I have had my issue fixed within minutes of submitting a ticket; even on a late Sunday evening. How could I ask for any better help? I can't. Thank you once again.

So far this has been the most kind and responsive hosting company I have seen. My server was set up in a few hours and all is working perfectly. All I can say is this is without a doubt the BEST hosting company you will EVER find!

I've been using Acenet Hosting for just about a Month. Every problem we have had with our server has been fixed in about a twenty minute time frame. Acenet is the Ace of Hosting!

Thanks for the wonderfull service.

I am usually one of those who complain that on line service is slow and usually missing something that you asked for.
But with acenet over the years even when I make a mistake they are there to pick up the pieces and put it back together.

I started with Acenet back in 2006 when I was a complete novices at building my own website. With allot of sweat, learning curve, and mostly help from the tech division I have been able to upgrade to a reseller account and start selling websites to my friends to help support my own websites.

The Cpanel and Reseller accounts have been surprisingly easy to learn and manage even for a beginner.

I definitely could not have made it this far without the help of the tech department. They have been available even when I desperately needed them to fix my stupidity at unmentionable hours of the morning.

Acenet has continued to upgrade their services and provide top of the line hosting packages. I have a couple times almost been lured away by other companies with promises of low rates or bigger packages (that turn out to be all mirrors and smoke).

I am very glad I have stayed with Acenet and plan to for as long as I have even one website to host.

Did I mention the tech department ROCKS! Andy, Pierre, and Sean all need raises for putting up with me over and over again!

Acehost is absolutely terrific. I honestly can't really say enough about how great their staff is. 99% of the time they respond to my ticket request within 10 minutes. And typically any other time is because they are trying to work out a more complicated solution.

I can't even count the amount of times that they have gone above and beyond my expectations and gone specifically out of their way to assist me with anything.

Their server support is unmatched and their very friendly, professional atmosphere makes me feel very secure knowing my server is in very capable hands.
