July 12th, 2011 Just realized it was time to post again. You know what reminds me? The usual situation where I've run into some type of web / server jam that goes beyond my skill set and these guys jump in. Then I remember that Ace-Host from pre-sales to tech support / issue resolved is the yard stick that all my other web service interactions are measured by. Too bad for the others, because the standard set by this dedicated group of professionals can not be matched!
If you're like me, a fairly basic level web end-user, then we all know that we have just enough knowledge to be dangerous and then need a little assistance. Then ace-host becomes my go to help. There are three standard resources in my browser favorites. Google search, Wikipedia and Ace-Host tech support...except with Ace Host, once you're in, you don't have to dig any deeper. April 22nd, 2011 I'm not sure where to begin. All aspects of Ace Host are one of the best finds in the business world. If you have taken the step into controlling your web presence, or want to upgrade to a professional provider that has no limits...here they are! You start at Sales, where the folks there are more knowledgable about systems than most other providers top tech's. They have designed all departments to be all around resourses, then each one has a specialty. once they get you int o a plan that really does fit what you want to do, then you go to tech. That is where nothing compares. At first I was leary of having to deal with "tickets" knowing most companies take hours if not days to respond. I want phone numbers. Not at Ace-Host. There has not been a phone system invented that is as quick and streamline as their support ticket system...and the people on the other end. 10 years of doing business with Ace-Host myself and quite a few referrals to other people is my testiment to how much I like and depend on their service. April 10th, 2011 I am truly pleased and honored to submit another testimonial. Ace-Host.net has always been there for me. After several days and many, many hours of help, my issues were resolved by Pierre Knight. The issue is with Internet Explorer. Even after I updated to the latest Internet Explorer ( Version 9) and upgraded from Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 7 Professional, trying to keep up with the latest technology to reduce problems, and spent innumerable house myself trying to solve my issues, to no avail, Ace-Host technicians stuck with me and my issues were resolve: use Google Chrome or Firefox! I would like to thank several other technicians who patient assisted me: Brian Dial, Andy Belleba, Sean Malen and George Yedinak.
