October 22nd, 2011 I have used Acenet for close to (or possibly more than) 7 years now. Their support is top notch, they respond to inquiries super fast and I have never had a problem with hosting or downtime that occurred on their end. Not one problem in 8 years! When I have had the occasion to call (usually because I cannot figure out how to make something work) they are courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. The cpanel function is easy to use for maintaining your website and the support ticket function is fabulous- they are very quick to answer even the silliest of questions. Every single person I have had contact with at Acenet is wonderful, I cannot say enough good things about them! You will not find a better, more reliable, more trustworthy company around.

September 2nd, 2011 I've been an AceHost client for many years with my main site, as well as sub-hosting a dozen or so sites for friends and family. I've learned how to run scripts and cron jobs on my AceHost server for various purposes.

August 19th, 2011 It's been about a year since I last posted a testimonial, but in that time the guys at AceNet have earned another one many times over. They continue to be the most effective and patient support providers any client could possibly hope for. Their team obviously knows their tech inside and out. Their response times are brilliant, solutions come quickly and they are exceptionally polite in the face of obvious 'stupid user' issues. I cannot recommend Acenet highly enough.
