My experience with Acenet began when I moved all my websites and those of my clients to a Dedicated Server in 2008. I had bad experiences with previous hosts for individual domain hosting, resellers, and a dedicated server. I know that a dedicated server elsewhere may cost less, however the support elsewhere falls short because other companies opt for quantity over quality.

I am very happy with the Tech Support here at Acenet because I know that there are few others who really take the time to give quality 24/7/365 customer service. Acenet has provided individual attention to each ticket and treats me as a human and not just a number. Keep up the excellent support Acenet!

I have been here at Ace for a long time since I started my business. My plan was to get the cheapest an the best at the same time. Now I realize it not just cost but service that really make it worth what you pay for. I had quite a few problems on my own, after going through support, their support got me fix before I know it. Sometimes I wonder if I really pay for all the things i got done and the time it got fix. Hats up to George Yedinak, Andy, Matthew who send me my password when I always loose it and all the other at Ace.

The support is just the best I could imagine. No matter what sort of silly question I have, I post a ticket and I get a reply, often within FIVE MINUTES. They always get it right. Not only that, but if I ask them to do something that might jeopardize something else, they ask, "are you sure? Because that will cause this.." and give me a chance to fully understand my choices so I don't end up breaking everything.

Best support I could imagine. You guys are second only to Zappos, and that's really saying something. So thank you.

Start the New Year off right! Sign up with I'm glad I did years ago. I'm not a techy and they don't hold that against me. They methodically walk me through setting up all kinds of things. I would be lost without them.
Most of my questions are what they base the FAQs on! If I can do it, anyone can!
