November 6th, 2007 I have been a Ace-Host customer for a little over 4 years and have various web sites hosted with them. In the beginning I was a novice to the settings etc and they guided me through with ease and now I host multiple sites on one server and have great uptime and speed connecting to my sites and admin services. A highly useful tool is the Cpanel which I use all the time and love the fantastico feature which has a ton on applications pre scripted to install on your server and make life easier for e-shops, blogs, site design etc.

November 5th, 2007 I submitted a trouble ticket at 10:30 PM and received a response in 2 minutes. Each time I posted additional information, the team at Acenet responded within TWO MINUTES. This in addition to being polite and informative. I've rarely needed help but Acenet has been there for me.

November 4th, 2007 We had an issue regarding ftp transfer of larger files. Tech Brian Dial was courteous, and extremely quick in response to the issue, particularly as it occured early on a Sunday morning! The issue was not solved completely (isp problem), but we did find a work-around that reduced the problem significantly. Our company has been with ACEHOST for just under three years (33 months to be exact). We are extremely pleased with the quality of services they provide and the reliability of their servers. While not 100% satisfied, we are 99.9! Hey, nobody's perfect! (LOL)

November 2nd, 2007 I have been with Acenet going on 3 years now and have 2 packages through them. I can say I have used several different services over the years and none of them have been as top notch as Acnet has been.
There support services gets a A+ in my books as they are always there to help and fast with there responces. Never have to wait long to get a answer to a question or to have them fix or look at something for you. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good and frienly web service. November 2nd, 2007 When my computer crashed without back-up (make sure you back-up at least once a week) and I had to replace my hard drive I could not accesss my website. The people of AceNet, particularly Jerald, got me back in no time. At least something was working!!!
