October 28th, 2007 I have always had fast efficient service every time I have needed it. My problems have always been of my own creation but that has not stopped the tech help at Ace from getting me out of trouble. I understand they cannot offer support for programs I install on my own web space but they have still helped me whenever possible. This is beyond the call of duty. My sincere thanks, Grant

October 27th, 2007 I have used several host providers over the years and by far Acenet is the best. Never a problem left unresolved and usually within minutes. Many extras and good prices. I would still and have recomended this company to friends and family.

October 24th, 2007 WOW..........I sent the form and less then 5 minutes later I have the email from the Tech Support guys, the knew what was wrong and said it was fixed on their end and just had to wait for it to load or refresh or something like that LOL.......... it is great how fast M problem was fixed.

October 20th, 2007 I've had service with ace-host for over three years. In that time I have experienced only about 24 hours of downtime. That is exceptional. What's more impressive is that during the downtime I always received a response to my inquires in 5 minutes or less. That is truly, both technical and customer, great service. You can't beat the price either. I would highly recommend ace-host to anyone looking to host their email and/or web services.
