If I had noticed the Testimonial section here before I would have already gave my praise. It makes me truly happy to see company that goes that extra mile. October 17th, 2007 I've been with Acenet for 4 years and I have to say their Customer Sevice team is extremely good. They respond very fast but added to that, they seem to genuinely understand what I need to do. After successful trouble-shooting, when I say thank you, they reply in a way that it seems they're smiling back to you. It's a great feeling when you know these people aren't just monotonous robot-like-human who don't care about your emotion or stress when you're trying to fix a problem. They help you with things that usually other big hosts just tell you to fix on your own - like taking care of my billing address or my wordpress blog. They are good people and I'm pleased to be with them. I hope they stay in business for long, so I could stick to them as long as possible. It's just not because they are inexpensive but the way they do care to help you out. That's the real big plus point of Acenet.

October 16th, 2007 ACE host is really the company you should be glad to work with. This server is never down. You are sure that your page will be visible all the time, and if there's any issue... they'll let you know. Communication is Excellent. The billing department is serious.

I've tested a few other hosts, but there has always been a reason why I couldn't use them. The billing department is honest and solve payment issues quicky and without unnecessary discussion. Support responds quickly and have always answered to my satisfaction. I've had connection problems once or twice in about 4 years, and all or most of the time this has caused by at 'net problem. System upgrades have been smooth and most of them with a downtime too short to notice. I feel that I get more than I pay for when comparing to other hosts. AceNet is one of the best. October 13th, 2007 I have had you guys for three glorious years straight after having one of the worst experiences with my former host. Not only have I never experienced problems with downtime or "screw ups" with your company, the support service couldn't be made up of nicer or more knowledgeable people.
