October 4th, 2007 I have four domain hostings at ACE-NET by now.
This tels by itself about my satisfactions with quality of service and uptime. When technical question is asked (day or night) answer comes in 15 minutes or less. October 4th, 2007 Being tech support myself I know how hard it can be to provide your customers with good support, but I can tell you, the guys at Acenet somehow always seem to manage. They respond in a timely manner, always address the customer correct and provide you with a solution that is understandable and easy to implement (if they haven't done so themselves already)

October 2nd, 2007 We (my Business Partner and I) first entered into the Acenet Inc. Service World in 2005. We are probably the most uninformed Client of AceNet's within their accounts with regards to the world of informatics and related technologies.
We have an 'Objective' which requires diversified and efficient support services to assure Our Success. Ace-Net has in fact provided these - beyond the call of duty - to us at all times; and they have done so in a very prompt and efficient manner. I am a rather untrusting person by nature (as a result of experience) and live always under the stress of a philosophy "If you want it done right - do it yourself" with suppliers and service support companies. AceNet is the first (and only) Company with whom I can relax and feel assured the job will get done: the services will be set-up efficiently; and the problems will be met rapidly and effectively by the Tech Support Staff. Summing-up things: I guess I can say that I found a Home for our future growth in this area of services and support; and further, I found long-distance Friends who are always near when help is needed. I've been using them for years and each time I've had a problem such as a forgotten password or when I'm in need of technical assistance Acenet helps me within minutes, not hours. As long as Champ Solutions needs a Web host we will use Acenet. We even recommend them to our clients!

September 30th, 2007 I have been a client of Acenet since February of 2005 and I have been more than satisfied over the years with the quality of service and the server performance. My site is never down, other than during times I have been notified of upgrades to the server and the support from the technicians has always been prompt and helpful.
