September 28th, 2007 I have been with Acenet, Inc for some time now and the fast top-notch tech support has never changed! Any problem that I have ran up against, and they have been few, have always been resolved quickly regardless of the time of day. I haven't seen tech support like this in any other business that I have been involved with!

September 28th, 2007 I commend the support staff of ACE-Host for there knowledge and perseverance in the excellent help they provided to me. They gave me answers to all my questions and even went out of there way to search Google and provide me a link that answered questions even though they had solved my web site problem (my fault). If other companied would be this diligent, the world would be much better for use geeks. Thank you, thank you for your exprtise and caring responses.

September 25th, 2007 I have been again impressed by ACE-Host.net and their staff. For whatever reason my site had a glitch and the staff at ACE HOST very quickly corrected the issue...within a hour they had the problem solved.

September 23rd, 2007 We have been using Acenet for quite awhile now. Every time we have contacted them for advice, they have always answered very promptly and you feel like a real VIP. Nothing is too much trouble and they always endeavour to answer your questions fully.
We left one hosting company because our support tickets seemed to go into cyber space. It took literally days to find out they didn't know! Not with Acenet. Fast efficient support. September 23rd, 2007 Unlike all the other web hosts I have tried with comparable prices and services, Ace-Host.net "actually" delivers on their promises.
Over 1 year with no outages, no hacks, and the one time I needed help really badly (due to an inherited script from a new client), Ace-Host tech support helped me nail down and fix the problem in no time at all, on a weekend.
