September 6th, 2007 Wow, Just the simple fact that they allow their customers to post their testimonials shows that they are confident that they provide the best service possible. I have had this service for over 3 YEARS and they have alwayz been there for me. I started off very inexperienced and ACE-HOST had literally led me through this challenge. Customer support is literally incredible. I have had responses in as little as 30 seconds and my **inexperienced caused** technical "issues" solved in a matter of less than 5 minutes. Customer Support is really there 24/7 to help. I will not change my hosting service for anything. Thanks ACE-HOST.NET for everything!!!

September 5th, 2007 It's been 3 years with ace-host and I still can't believe how fast the technical support team works. I always have an email (even on low priority issues) within 2-5 minutes of my ticket, and the issue is usually resolved within another 10-15. Thanks ace-host for you incredibly speedy support and low prices!

September 5th, 2007 When I saw there was no phone number available for Tech Support, I have to admit, I panicked at first..but then, I went ahead and filled out the Customer Service Form and patiently calmed down.
I have never had such amazing service in the Tech Industry. I have had my website for about 6 years or so and without fail, Ace-net Tech Support has ALWAYS gotten back to me within 5 minutes (I dont know how they do it)! Even when they dont know the answer right away, they acknowledge my question/problem immediately and sya they will get back to me, and they do within about 15 minutes or less. They also dont underestimate my knowledge of my attempts to remedy the problem myself (they dont insult my intelligence by suggesting I do what their tutorial says). They give 100% (at ALL HOURS!!) to address my issue in a very professional, courteous, and personal way, and instead of explaining and explaining the solution on how I could fix it, THEY fix it and tell me how THEY fixed it!
