September 19th, 2007 I do not know anything about Web Hosting. a friend of mine (my web master) moved out of the country and left me "winging" it. Acenet Techs helped me SO much!!!!!

September 13th, 2007 In the 10 years that I have been using hosting providers, none come even close to the dedicated and tenacious hard work and support that Acenet offer. In the past, getting Tech support was a tedious and challenging trial of sitting and waiting for a response, while in the meantime, clients breathing down your neck and deadlines to meet. That's all a thing of the past now and as long as I am in the web business, I will continue to use Acenet's unprecedented services.

September 13th, 2007 I am completely satisfied with Acenet's Hosting service. There has never been an instance in last 2 years that i had raised a ticket and it wasnt resolved in 10-15 minutes no matter what time of the clock i had contacted them.

September 12th, 2007 The tech support folks are super-fast and friendly. I always get a reply to my post within a few minutes. Even if the problem is something they can't fix right away (spam, etc.), they go into great detail explaining what's going on internally, and how they're planning to fix it. I'm very pleased. Usually I think of tech support as a necessary evil, but not so here.
