November 12th, 2007 Yesterday I struggled mightily to install a php chat on my website with you , alas to no avail. I submitted ticket after ticket ending up more confused than ever. Then today in one final act of desperation I once again asked for help and Brian Oates was so kind and so wonderful and solved the problem for me.

And on top of that they have excellent customer service. I always get an answer to any problem very quickly, no matter what time it is.

November 9th, 2007 I have been with a number of hosting companies over the years, and HANDS DOWN ACENET IS THE BEST. I was at the end of my rope with my last hosting company. I was having problems and all I could get was form letters from their support team. And it took them hours or days to get back to me. ACENET support is the best I have ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, personable, helpful, quick and responsive. My site is up and running on my new ACENET server - Wow - I am blown away! I am moving all my sites over to ACENET and you should too!
