What can I say except "great customer service!" I have been the cause for my problems, but the ACE-HOST support staff have always gotten me back on track within minutes. All my requests for information have been responded to within 4 to 5 minutes; most of the time before I am ready to comprehend. This organization has put a gleam on the trm "customer serve." Please, keep up the good work.

I have been using Ace-Host.net for my webhosting for several years now and have had more than a few problems, partly due to my ignorance of C-Panel, but no matter how trivial my questions may be, or how minor my problem may be, I've always received a prompt response from customer support and my problems have always been fixed or my questions answered promptly. Their hosting service is also one of the most economical I've seen on the web, and believe me, I've looked around. I would highly recommend Acenet for your hosting needs. They're second to none!

Ace-Host.net customer service is superb. They are ready to answer all questions, no matter how simple or complex. Customer reps are always knowledgeable about the issue. I have had recent experience with other hosting companies and their customer service may get back with you after a day, and Ace-Host.net is usually with 10-15 minutes of submitting the issue.

I highly recommend Ace-Host.net hosting!

I have used Ace-Host for my webdesign company for some years, and my experience with the company is absolute brilliant.
Easy to work with, a lot of possebilities, and a brilliant and unbeliveabel quick technical support service.

I am shure of that you can not find any better on the net then Ace-Host.
