We are almost more then a year now with acenet and we where really stunnend when we came here..

100% good support they have and if you are having problems with your site or server they always are glad to help you out in no time..

wow man thumbs up for you.. its better then all those other hosters..

I have a dedicated server with Ace-host.net and i cant tell you how many times they have been here for me. They have made it there mission to ensure im the happiest man on earth. They have worked to better my service, my server, and my support and lowereed the cost in the process. this ones for you ace-net especially you Nora thank you for all that you do.

I've been with Acenet for a few years now and have always been very happy, but their recent handling of my problems has prompted me to write a testamonial (something I never do) to just how good they are.

They are always fast to reply to tickets and the reply is informative and patient and it is quite easily the best customer service I have ever had from a web host.

It is no wonder why they have an award winning customer service. These guys know their stuff!

From their customer representatives right down to their managers, they all seem to have the same philosophy. Take care of the customer. Their willingness to find a solution, even if it meant thinking outside of the box is nothing short of impressive.

Most resently, I would like to extend my personal thanks to Kyle Arban - Ace-host.net's Sales Representative, for his close attention to my account needs.

Even more so, a big thanks to Nora Abdulla - Sales Manager for going over and beyond the call of duty to meet and accomodate our specific needs (at least that is what it seemed to me). I would not be surprised if that is just how they do business on any given day.
