I've dealt with a lot of hosting companies over the years and not only is the support, in my opinion, one of the most knowledgeable and responsive I've ever run across, but they're also friendly and will try to help you resolve any problem you throw at them.

The sales team is also very responsive and willing to work with you in a variety of ways.

In terms of server performance and availability, I have been extremely happy and I put Ace-Host's name out anywhere I can around the net. I don't get the lag or the problems from this host that I've seen on other sites. It just doesn't happen.

Communication is also excellent from all levels here. Downtime, though rare, is always communicated and they've been very honest about everything.

Honestly, you just can't ask for more from these guys.

I have been with Acenet just over a year, but I have dealt with other hosts who have never been as supportive or great to work with as all the staff here at Acenet.
I have never had any down times that have lasted for hours or days like I had with others. I highly recommend Acenet to everyone I talk to. Wonderful people and a wonderful hosting company!

I have used Acenet Hosting for almost three years now. I am not an experianced webmaster but self taught. I have rebuilt my site from scratch several times and tried new products. One time I installed a postage calculator on my site an tried everything to get it to work on their server. Their techs were the best I have ever worked with. Very knowledgeful and helpful. we worked together several hours. It was the software that I ppurchased that was wrong for the server. not their problem but mine. This is the best company I have ever been with. You get more options and services here than anywhere else. I plan to be a customer for a long time and I tell everyone about them. This is a great hosting company. I have been with them for years and each time I have a issue (which is far and in between) the response from tech support is excellent, fast and resolves issues in minutes.

Two days ago I experienced difficulties accessing my e-mail. Though it took various tickets to solve the problem, in each instance tickets were responded to within three minutes. I appreciated the responsiveness of the support team.

Hello to anyone considering hosting, becoming a reseller, or getting a dedicated server;

I am very impressed with Ace-Host and their far above average customer relations. Their response times to answer sales and support issues is fantastic. I dealing with them for over 4 years now I have never waited over 15 minutes for a ticket to be responded to. If it is an issue that is going to take more time they at least send back a response stating what they are doing. After trying to use 3 other providers, I started with Ace-Host as a reseller, and then went to a Virtual Domain Server and now I am on a Dedicated Server. The level of service has been the same for every level. Excellent, and far exceeding the normal scope that support should have to entail!!!

Not only is the support and service top of the line the equipment that they use is the top of the line as well. Their equipment is very fast and their multiple backbones are extremely reliable and fail-safe.

I can only say that if you are considering becoming a website hosting company you should look no further because this is the BEST that the industry has to offer!!

I have been a happy client of Acenet for the last 3 years and feel it is time I gave them the recognition they deserve.

Not only have the support team offered support above and beyond the remit of their SLA but have also conducted them selves in both a professional and efficient manor.

I have found them to be friendly and quick to responded to my calls for support. They are set aside by their immediate acceptance of my problems as their own.
