These people is doing more than you expect from a internet service company. February 21st, 2008 As an expert that have websites for almost 20 years and wondered between hosting services, I selected ace-host not only for myself but for all my customers. The offer is great and the tools given are amazing, however the real jewl in the crown is the technical support... never have i seen such a technical support in my life, anywhere (and i have seen a lot of them). fast accurate, considerate and most of all helpful.

February 20th, 2008 I have two websites with Acenet and I've been very happy with their support. Always fast response. I am also impressed that during an upgrade, there was an issue with some of the accounts after the upgrade. AceNet kept customers informed of the problems and resolution, but most importantly put measures into place to prevent the problem from happening with future upgrades. My previous ISP was constantly making the same mistakes over and over with each upgrade and never took steps to prevent problems from reoccuring. So I stopped giving that company my money and switched to Acenet.
