March 10th, 2008 Since I am a computer idiot, I needed help hanging my web site. The customer service that I have received is nothing short of unbelievable. I have probably asked twenty questions over the past several months and it has never taken longer than five minutes to get an answer to my problem. If every company offered customer service like Ace-Host, doing business would be much easier.
