A shared purpose has united all of us here at Acenet, and that purpose is to eliminate
the worry, stress and frustration from your life that all too often burdens other webmasters. Seeing you
enjoy an easy, fun and rewarding evening with your website is what all of us are passionate about.
It's really a perception -- a shared way of seeing the purpose behind what all of us do each and every day. It's hard to express in sound bites, because our competitors make all the same claims. "Your website will be lightning-fast, perfectly reliable and support is out of this world." Surely you have seen these cliches again and again.
In the most simple of terms, you will enjoy a smooth experience at Acenet.
None of us really even know exactly how the Acenet culture came to be, it just happened. No individual was responsible for it; it was a team of talents... rallying together behind an unspoken purpose in perfect harmony. If the exact formula was known to us, riches could probably be made selling it to other companies -- because they're still searching for the answer.
It more than likely boils down to everyone truly caring, and caring about all the right things for all the right reasons.
Whatever it is, its presence will become obvious soon after we start working together. You'll sense it.
Until then, the next best way to get a feel for it is by hearing how it has touched others. And hopefully their stories motivate you to experience it for yourself, because you could be spared untold oodles of emotional grief. (You should hear some of the pains others have suffered before stumbling upon us. Sadly hosting is a completely unregulated industry. Buyer beware.)
And know this: if your experience is anything short of "breathtaking" (that's how Jenny Cassar put it into words), Acenet doesn't deserve your business. You'll either be glad you allowed us the opportunity to serve you (and we'll be working together for years to come) or we'll say our goodbyes -- after returning your full payment and doing everthing possible to make your departure a pleasant one -- and you'll walk away knowing Acenet is a class-act. That's our pledge to you.

March 29th, 2008 Acenet is so reliable that I have only had to open a tech support ticket a couple of times in my years with them. The tech support staff is quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive -- my issues were fixed within minutes of opening the ticket. Thanks, guys!

March 26th, 2008 Dealing with Acenet's Sales Dept couldn't have been
easier because of the prompt, courteous, and knowledgable service provided by their people. They get my highest recommendation! S.MacIntosh (shawnoshea.com)

March 24th, 2008 I can't begin to express how wonderful the service and response time is with this company. Being a complete amateur and hosting my company websites is no easy task. (So many technical issues just whiz right past me...) The tech guys have always been wonderful and have answered all of my questions in a langugage that I can understand.
I just spent 12 days (yes, 12 DAYS) trying to get another web company to fix a major problem! During those 12 days I was able to reach someone on the phone once. Email responses took over 24 hours and their support and billing departments were giving me conflicting answers. If you are trying to choose a web-hosting company, look no further, ACE-HOST is the one! You won't regret this decision (and it will never take 12 days.) Nicole Chura (www.TheChuraLawFirm.com)

March 22nd, 2008 I actually left another webhost to get service with acehost.net. They begged and pleaded for me not to leave, but I am so glad I did. Anytime I have a question or a problem, getting a response has always been immediate. (Did not have that with the other webhost). Even if it were 2am in the morning, I have an immediate response. Very minimal downtime, great customer service, and great features is what I have experienced. Thank you for everything!!!!

March 18th, 2008 I am always amazed at how rapidly my technical questions are replied to when submitting a trouble ticket. 1-2 minutes has been my experience and am now totally convinced that good customer service can be performed over the Internet.
Love the service, pricing, tech support, and phone support. I would never recommend any other hosting company. Aaron Siegel (TopSavings.Net)

March 17th, 2008 I continue to be amazed with Acenet's technical support.
BAD NEWS: To obtain help, I have to submit my request via a Help Ticket vs. a telephone call. GOOD NEWS: This method forces me to think (ouch) through the real issue or problem at hand and not just waste a bunch of technician time. Nearly every time I ask a question or present a new challenge to this help desk - I get a F-A-S-T (usually within 3-5 minutes) and a real thought out reply. INCREDIBLE NEWS: I've asked for help at some fairly weird hours of the day (2:30 am?!) on multiple occasions. -- and these people are there! I mean really alive, alert, and responsive. How cool is that? (Is Starbucks their secret competitive weapon?) Thanks Ace. It's obvious to me this is a real team effort. It's not always easy. But well done! Mark Kishbaugh (101Degrees.net)

March 17th, 2008 Absolutely incredible support. I cannot say enough how good the suppport staff is. I had questions before I signed up and they were answered very quickly and accuratly. After signing up, the service is the same. After some hosts I've had in the past I didn't realize support like this actually existed! You have me as a long time customer. Thank you so much for all your help.
