Your staff has always been courteous and prompt to help with any issues I may have, although they have been few.

www.artistas-americanos.com So far the server has been totally reliable. Billing has given me advance notice of my invoices. I recently decided to put up another site. Before doing that, I read reviews of service providers. I read some absolutely horrible reviews of Acenet which were the reverse of my good experience. So then I went to read the reviews of the top 5 listed providers. They also had very poor reviews. Sometimes I think only negative reviews are published. So, after my good personal experience after using Acenet for 2 years, I decided to order my new site www.chile4chile.com from Acenet. I am going to mail them a check since I no longer use a credit card. I like that flexibility in being able to pay. Keep up the good work you fine folks at Acenet. i have a few domain names and chose ace-host.net because of their fast and prompt customer service.i've had hosting with companies with toll free number ,and there were times i had to be on hold for over 30 minutes or so before even i get a chance to explain the problem to a tech. here at ace-host.net you don't have to go through that because of the knowledgeable techs and fast service. great job guys and thanks a million john abdi john abdi (www.warcryer.com)
