January 28th, 2008 It is now 3:22 AM Central Time, Monday 28 January 08 and these good folks solved my problems and I can continue to move forward. I don't think you can get any better service anywhere regardless of what you pay. I received answers to my problems before I could refill my coffee cup as I continued to burn the candle from both ends. Thanks guys/gals!

January 26th, 2008 Hands down the best customer service I have had on ANYTHING. Over the years problems and issues popping up are par for the course. Each time they reply within minutes to requests, even on weekends, and resolve the issues faster than I would have believed they could.

January 18th, 2008 WoW guys thanks for the speedy response time. I placed a ticket this morming and around 2 minutes later I received a response. my services were back up and running in no time flat.
I am also a former tech from a rather large phone company and can be leary of tech support using an online ticket system, but once again you guys proved me wrong. We all know that in an electronic / IT environment that things eventually will go wrong. I just want to touch base and say thanks for my last support issue, which was not due to Acenet's fault, nor mine. I appreciated the fast response and the fact that the tech actually gave me some options. The time that it took to change the mail server that my site was hosted on was faster than anticipated. You also had a back up plan for me so that I would experience zero down time. My problems were resolved and I am a happy camper. January 16th, 2008 I just want to let everybody know that even when you think Ace-Host has screwed up and you're panicking because your website's down or something else is wrong, Customer Support will get right on it and find out what the problem is and get it fixed, even if it's Your problem and not theirs. Now that's SERVICE! I thought they had suspended my account without warning me, but I found out that my contact information hadn't been updated (my fault), so they weren't able to renew my hosting account for me until I contacted them. As soon as I did contact them, they worked with me all day getting everything worked out so my website could be put back up.
I had checked around the web to find another hosting company before I figured out what the problem was, but I couldn't find anybody that had the quality of hosting services Ace-Host has without spending more money to get it. So you can save yourself the time of hunting for a better hosting company. You won't find one for the money anywhere. Thanks Ace-Host.
