I've been with Ace-Host for years now and can't imagine switching to any other host. The technical support team is phenomenal. Whenever I have an issue, the tech support team is always right there and willing to help. Thanks a lot! Keep up the great work!

Just wanted to take a minute to let everyone know that the Tech Support provided with ACE is one of the best i've ever had the pleasure to use. I've had lot's of issue being the novice that i am but these guys know there stuff.

In the tech support page it said, "Typical response time for tech support... 2 min. 53 sec."

I got the right response in one minute and ten seconds.

Every time I need assistance I get it immediately. And, better yet, the answer is spot-on. For a professional organization, Ace-Host.net is nothing short of spectacular.

Every other hosting experience I have had has ended in disaster. I now have all of my sites on Ace-Host because I know they will never let me down.

The company I work part time tech for was having major issues with startlogic. After startlogic coulndn't figure things out I moved their whole domain to an add on with the account I have already had with ace-host.net. It was a lengthy process but ace-host was there to answer every question

Things are now running great for the company I work for and ace-host.net is without a doubt the best tech people out there.

If you are on startlogic I would get out now!!!!

I've been with Acenet for many years now and I would not work with anyone else. I have/had more then one account with them and love working with them. They are always right on top of any troubles I may have and always in excellent form in helping me with what ever may come along with speed. I thank each and every one of staff members for doing such a wonderful job. I recommend them to anyone I come across that may need their services.

What can I say - They're Great! I have had many dealings with each of the departments within this company and I have always found them to be knowledgeable and courteous. Whilst this is the domain name I have mentioned, I have actually used Ace-net on 2 other occasions myself, and I have recommended them to quite a few others!

I am considering migrating our domain name over to Ace-net when our contract with our current domain name provider expires in Feb 2008 (Which incidentally our current provider has charged us for doing)

With Ace-net, there never seems to be a problem, and that's the way business should be done!
