May 31st, 2008 I recently had a problem where a hacker trashed my web site and Ace-host had to remove all my content. Of course I was aghast when I realized that hundreds of hours of content development was gone. Turned out a hacker somehow accessed my account and used it illegally. Respectfully Ace-host backed up my web site and THEN removed all the content to comply with National Security Administration rules.
Ace host helped me find the problem and when I couldn't fix it, they again helped me. Then with the task of restoring over 6000 documents only they AGAIN helped and had the web site up again in minutes. Ace-host.net helped me at least 11 times during this day and managed to get my web content back online in less than 2 hours after I discovered it had been taken offline. I want to specially thank Andy Belleba, Sean Malen, and Matthew Spahr who were more than helpful, they were respectful and I felt very much at ease receiving their help. I am a webmaster/php application engineer and have several websites hosted here. Acenet has been nothing but helpful and superb when it comes to service and performance in maintaining operable websites. The tech support team amazes me with their willingness to complete a troubleshooting task to ensure i am happy. I have tried other hosts before, including Go Daddy, and a couple others, but nothing compares to Acenet. They regularly update their servers, and transfer your files for you to the new computers when they upgrade. Your data is rock solid and backed up securely and regularly. May 30th, 2008 The assistance I received in moving my site to Ace-Host was unbelievable. I wanna tell ya.... I'm not only impressed with the speed of the forum, but also with the speed of tech support's response time whenever I have a question. You wouldn't believe all the work that the tech support has done for us withing the last few days. I'm both impressed and pleased as all heck. No matter how minor or major my issues, they have pleasantly taken care of them and in a most expediant fashion.

May 29th, 2008 Accidentally yesterday I erased the whole public_html of ipublica.com, 4.1 Gigabyte of stuff. Today your morning support team, with Ryan King, Matthew Spahr and Darrel Belleba, and colleagues, did excellent work to restore the whole content, virtually on the point of the i, from a backup dating two days back. This is the best hosting support I've got in 12 years of hosting with five different providers. Your hosting services stand out primarily through the outstanding and extremely fast support you give, while you could offer additional hosting packages such as CMS-based blog hosting. May 27th, 2008 I have been with Ace Host for 4 years now and can't think of a bad thing to say, if I have a problem I can contact Support and get quick response. I'm a reseller, and have 8 clients I host sites for, I've yet to have a complaint or problem. Ace your aces in my book.
