May 11th, 2008 I've been using Acenet for 2 years and have every intention of continuing with their service when my current contract expires. The service is dependable, their response to questions or concerns is immediate, the cost is very competitive, and there is simply no reason to look elsewhere. Acenet has it all.

We had been hijacked and she was redirected to a porn site. I contacted Ace-host.net and within 10 minutes the site was back to normal. Exceptional customer service. I'm am very impressed! May 5th, 2008 I ran a number of hosted sites from overseas for 2.5 years. I couldn't call someone and most of the time I was twelve hours out from the U.S. Which meant 2 or 3 pm for me meant 2 or 3 in the morning for Ace-Host.
No matter what the issue was they came through everytime. If there were mistakes they acknowledged them and they were corrected quickly as possible. When the new boss came he moved most of our stuff over to another hosting company that he found by querying "top ten hosting companies". Needless to say I'm not there anymore but I'm still using Ace-Host. Here are a few issue's I had with the other "top ten hosting companies" 1.) Misunderstanding of problem because of poor front line response. 2.) Made execuses why they coudn't fix the problem after identification usually me doing the footwork. 3.) Unacceptable response time to finally resolve problem after a series of emails. With Ace-Host you can put a big red line through 1,2 and 3. I've never experienced this with Ace-Host. It's not that I've never been told no by Ace-Host I have. They know clearly what they can and cannot do. If they can fix it they usually do so very quickly. If it's out of the realm of what they can support they also tell you that too. So your not left waiting to get a definitive answer which is another reason I recommend Ace-Host. May 3rd, 2008 For nearly two years I have used ace-host.net and nothing has gone wrong. Then a problem occurred that I did not know how to handle. I contacted the support team and ten minutes later the problem was solved. That's it. This may not be the best testimonial they ever get, but it ranks as some of the best service I have ever had.
