April 22nd, 2008 For the three years I've been with Ace-Host I have had excellent responce from submitting tickets and there has been very little down time. My thanks to the whole group and Ace-Host gets my full recommendation.

April 16th, 2008 I have been with AceHost for about three and a half years now and they are just awesome. I have tried looking for other hosts even while being hosted, but I always end up coming back because I know that I can get reliable service here. Customer and server side service. The staff is punctual, articulate and so nice to get along with when there is an issue that needs to get ironed out.
They were a little hard to contact VIA phone because of the time zone differences, but once I got a hold of them, boy were they helpful. They are even better via their help ticket forums.
