May 19th, 2008 I have been a customer of Ace-Host.net for several years, I have and have had several websites over the years all hosted by Ace-Host and I am so overly amazed by the responsiveness of this company. Whenever I think I have a problem and submit a ticket, my issue is resolved within 15 minutes, or they will stay with me and correct the issue regardless of how long it might take. I have recommended this company to others and I will NEVER move to another company. Thanks for having the BEST customer service ever!

May 19th, 2008 I was served by - Nora Abdulla, Sales Manager. Once she was aware of my troubles she had it fixed in minutes. Nora suggested a better solution that works even better than what I had hoped for. I'm happy my sites are hosted with Ace-Host.net and feel secure knowing I have such a devoted support staff to help when I run into trouble.

From 1:15 pm to 1:40 pm the same day, Technician Duane Crouch helped me out with a big problem with my account. Everything goes on good wheels now thanks to Acenet professional and reliable assistance. I'm glad I decided about two years ago to select this company for my hosting reseller account.
