I have been a customer of Ace-Host.net for several years, I have and have had several websites over the years all hosted by Ace-Host and I am so overly amazed by the responsiveness of this company. Whenever I think I have a problem and submit a ticket, my issue is resolved within 15 minutes, or they will stay with me and correct the issue regardless of how long it might take. I have recommended this company to others and I will NEVER move to another company. Thanks for having the BEST customer service ever!

I was served by - Nora Abdulla, Sales Manager. Once she was aware of my troubles she had it fixed in minutes. Nora suggested a better solution that works even better than what I had hoped for. I'm happy my sites are hosted with Ace-Host.net and feel secure knowing I have such a devoted support staff to help when I run into trouble.

From 1:15 pm to 1:40 pm the same day, Technician Duane Crouch helped me out with a big problem with my account. Everything goes on good wheels now thanks to Acenet professional and reliable assistance. I'm glad I decided about two years ago to select this company for my hosting reseller account. Never ever they let my down, nothing to complaint, only congratulations to my partners in this business.

Honestly I have never come across anywhere like Acenet, you guys are so quick at fixing stuff up, just wish my isp took some lessons from you guys!!! But that's a whole different story!!
