Although we seldom need it, Acenet is always there to respond to our requests for technical assistance and it has always been solved within an hour!

We could not ask for more seemless web hosting, ease of billing, web usage statistics and, when needed, technical support to allow our organization full access to all the internet offers.

after my computer crashed i lost my new IP address to which i took a chance in the middle of the night and e-mailed ace-host asking them to e-mail it to me again. took out my watch to set the alarm for 3 hours later so i could check if they have e-mailed the IP yet and just before i could switch my new computer off, the IP address had already been e-mailed. this must have happened in less than 2 minutes. i doubled checked the dates to see if im not looking at an old e-mail instead. i was in disbelief. you're the best. its comforting to know that even from South Africa one still gets such prompt response. much better than local service providers. MANY THANKS!!!

When I first came to Acenet, it had been after a long and rocky road of previous web hosts. So, naturally, I was a little sceptical when I saw the package contents and such a low price; but I've never been happier. I currently keep two domains with Acenet, and in total I've had four with this company. In the rare times when I do require the aid of the extremely friendly and competent help staff I've never been let down. My few issues are always solved promptly and with great care, and never have I felt that I'm simply one more number to crunch. The FTP connections are swift, the uptime for my domains is phenomenal, and the email is never lacking. Thanks to the ease of cPanel and the wonders of Fantastico, I don't have to spend hours at a time installing and checking every new update; nor do I have to worry about the stability of my site as a whole. Thank you to everyone at Acenet, for the brilliant service your provide.

When having email trouble the terrific staff at ace-host.net first eliminated any problems on their servers, then continued to help until I found a local problem on my computer that was giving me grief.

Couldn't ask for better tech support!

I had a problem with my website. I contacted Ace-net tech support on line and the problem was fixed in about 10 minutes. Excellent service!

I was with Acenet in 2003-2005 but had my account stalled because my credit card expired. When I reactivated my card, Acenet made an auto-pay towards my site...but the customer service reps were VERY accomodating and understanding.

You all still have A+ service. Even though I'm sorry to say that I do not use Acenet anymore...I appreciate the help you've given me throughout the years!
