August 18th, 2008 I have been Ace-host.net customer since 2005. I have tried different hosting services, such as godaddy.com, 1and1.com, etc. I have to admit that your service is the best. Your hosting plan is the best value for the number of options as well as convenience and ease of use.

I would just like to say i have been with ace net for almost 3 years hosted many sites through them and to this day it is the only place i will go for all my hostings needs my site have never been down once in the 3 yrs i have had it when my forum some how was messed up and even when it was not the problem or an issue they had to fix they went and got my forum back up and running there tech support is fast i will not have my site with anyone else but acenet thanks for all the great support and the reliability of your staff and servers James James McNeal (www.club-dv8.com)

On behalf of my company I would like to thank you for your prompt response to all the questions / requests that we have raised over the years. Your response is generally quicker than I would expect even from a hosting company here in Australia irrespective of the time of day. We host several websites under our Reseller package and have never been left in a difficult position as the staff has always been able to resolve any obsticle that we have encountered. July 29th, 2008 Due to the growth in our websites we had to look at alternatives, Ace-Host was recommended to us.
We are not techo people, we are truck drivers with specialists who work on our websites. The support we received from the Ace-Host team "sales and tech support" was appreciated especially when we ran into difficulties setting up the sites on Ace-Hosts servers.
