September 10th, 2008 Ace-Net hosted the web site I created for our Association for 6 years. ALWAYS Ace-Net was 'there' to help me for any situation. They were very gracious, understanding, cooperative... it couldn't have been better, especially for a client like me who used WYSIWYG programs to work on the site and didn't really know the inner workings of the web.
When someone else took over the management of the Association site, Ace-net bent over backwards to assist me, a computer dummie, in handling the turnover. I can't thank Ace-Net and its dedicated workers enough for their numerous kindnesses to me. Believe me, if I were still web master, Ace-Net would be the host!!! Thank you, Ace-Net, and God bless you. September 4th, 2008 I have been using the excellent services of Acenet-Inc for many years and prior to joining them as a reseller I had numerous problems with other hosting companies. Acenet-Inc support and friendly responses at all times with any issue I have raised has always been resolved smoothly and satisfactorily... and fast. September 2nd, 2008 My UK based web hosting came up for renewal and I thought it about time that I shopped around a little.
The facilities offered by AceNet significantly improved on what I was getting from my existing hosting company. What's more AceNet were a lot cheaper. The speed of response to a few 'pre sales' enquiries convinced me to switch providers and I have no regrets whatsoever. The switch involved transferring the registration of two domains and my main web-site was up and running within a couple of hours of sign-up. Most of that time was taken up with uploading the files to the server. I'm very pleased with the quality of service and speed of response and would wholeheartedly recommend them. August 31st, 2008 I use ace-host.net as a web host for several sites. When I have problems, the tech support team goes above and beyond to help me get back up and running. They even go so far as to point out where I went wrong so that I (hopefully) don't repeat my mistakes.
