A shared purpose has united all of us here at Acenet, and that purpose is to eliminate
the worry, stress and frustration from your life that all too often burdens other webmasters. Seeing you
enjoy an easy, fun and rewarding evening with your website is what all of us are passionate about.
It's really a perception -- a shared way of seeing the purpose behind what all of us do each and every day. It's hard to express in sound bites, because our competitors make all the same claims. "Your website will be lightning-fast, perfectly reliable and support is out of this world." Surely you have seen these cliches again and again.
In the most simple of terms, you will enjoy a smooth experience at Acenet.
None of us really even know exactly how the Acenet culture came to be, it just happened. No individual was responsible for it; it was a team of talents... rallying together behind an unspoken purpose in perfect harmony. If the exact formula was known to us, riches could probably be made selling it to other companies -- because they're still searching for the answer.
It more than likely boils down to everyone truly caring, and caring about all the right things for all the right reasons.
Whatever it is, its presence will become obvious soon after we start working together. You'll sense it.
Until then, the next best way to get a feel for it is by hearing how it has touched others. And hopefully their stories motivate you to experience it for yourself, because you could be spared untold oodles of emotional grief. (You should hear some of the pains others have suffered before stumbling upon us. Sadly hosting is a completely unregulated industry. Buyer beware.)
And know this: if your experience is anything short of "breathtaking" (that's how Jenny Cassar put it into words), Acenet doesn't deserve your business. You'll either be glad you allowed us the opportunity to serve you (and we'll be working together for years to come) or we'll say our goodbyes -- after returning your full payment and doing everthing possible to make your departure a pleasant one -- and you'll walk away knowing Acenet is a class-act. That's our pledge to you.

October 7th, 2008 After trying two other hosts, we feel like we won the lottery after finding ace-host.net. Everything they tell you they will deliver? Is true. The customer service is unbelievable, they are knowledgeable and fast. We cannot recommend them highly enough. A special note, if you want to host a messageboard like vBulletin, look no further. Other hosts had us convinced we would have to go to a dedicated server when ace-host met our needs with their great shared hosting. Do not be misled. Do your research. Then come back here.

October 6th, 2008 I have generally been a little skeptical about the testimonials I read about different companies, but my experience with Acenet is changing that. As for Acenet itself, I have the highest commendation. You have always been most prompt, clear, helpful and patient --- with every kind of query that I had. It is this kind of support that gives people like me the confidence to manage websites.
Thank you very much for all the help you have given me. Suryakanthi Tripathi (www.nasadiyarts.com)

September 30th, 2008 Almost INSTANT response. And even when I totally misunderstood the advice given (didn't read it all), they patiently stepped me through it anyway.

September 29th, 2008 I've had some good experiences with Acenet since I started with them. I've had a few technicians helping me for different situations, but one person in particular really goes the extra mile to stay with the case until it's completed (Andy Belleba). I really like that. It makes me feel I'm being taken care of, and that is so rare in this day and age, with the lack of personal contact and having to communicate purely through technology, it can get frustrating. Thank you, Andy. You've made a difference! Keep up the good work!

September 29th, 2008 I have used several hosting companies in the past and have had the pleasure of using Acenet for the past two or three years. I have never had a problem with their support team and have always had a reply within the hour, often within 15 minutes or so, to any support ticket I have submitted.
I intend to keep Acenet as long as they're in business! George Markunas (being changed)

September 25th, 2008 Just a quick note to thank you for your help with a recent issue. A third party claimed they were experts and that our hosting setup was misconfigured.
I'm pretty confident in my abilities setting these up but I will always defer to the Acenet technicians so after harassing you guys for a day your advice was the set up was wrong at the third party's servers. Secure in that knowledge I advised the third party and I found that the error lay with a stale zone file on their DNS. Thanks for your patience and, as always, correct advice.
