November 7th, 2008 After being burned by so many "top notch" hosting companies, I ran across Acenet ... and tentatively stuck my toe in the water. From my own experience, the most difficult thing to find in a host is GOOD TECH SUPPORT.
Well, I've been with Acenet since 2005, and I have to say that each time I've run across a problem, the tech support has been right on the spot helping out ... and they don't give up until it's right. Not only that - they're friendly, too. In the dozen or more hosts I've had in the last 18 years or so, I've got to say that Acenet has the absolute BEST TECH SUPPORT I've seen yet. October 27th, 2008 I just want to tell you that this company is head and shoulders ahead of GoDaddy.
I have a redundant account at GoDaddy (for some stupid reason) that I will be getting rid of next year. It takes them forever to install anything. Everything there moves in slow motion. The way they have the control panel set up is awkward at best. Their whole system is just bad (I don't know how else to put it.) If there were any way at all that I could go to work for you guys, I would. I would like to be associated with such a class act as AceNet. October 20th, 2008 If you're looking for reliable web hosting and fast customer service, then look no further! I have tried various web hosts over the last 12 years, and Acenet is by far the MOST reliable and affordable host I've ever had! I owe a huge thanks for all you do. I've never waited longer than 2 minutes the few times I've submitted support tickets. The customer service staff has always been very professional and friendly, which can be rare in this business. You have a loyal customer for life! :)

October 19th, 2008 Sunday morning, 8am, and I want to change a hosted domain name which is a manual (human hands-on) process but I had a question.. or two.
