November 24th, 2008 I have been using ace-host as a referral from a friend for over a year now, and they have been nothing short of awesome, downtimes that I experienced were short and the support team had sent emails with plenty of notice that the downtime would occur. These scheduled downtimes were also in low usage hours which ensured very little impact on my website.
