A shared purpose has united all of us here at Acenet, and that purpose is to eliminate
the worry, stress and frustration from your life that all too often burdens other webmasters. Seeing you
enjoy an easy, fun and rewarding evening with your website is what all of us are passionate about.
It's really a perception -- a shared way of seeing the purpose behind what all of us do each and every day. It's hard to express in sound bites, because our competitors make all the same claims. "Your website will be lightning-fast, perfectly reliable and support is out of this world." Surely you have seen these cliches again and again.
In the most simple of terms, you will enjoy a smooth experience at Acenet.
None of us really even know exactly how the Acenet culture came to be, it just happened. No individual was responsible for it; it was a team of talents... rallying together behind an unspoken purpose in perfect harmony. If the exact formula was known to us, riches could probably be made selling it to other companies -- because they're still searching for the answer.
It more than likely boils down to everyone truly caring, and caring about all the right things for all the right reasons.
Whatever it is, its presence will become obvious soon after we start working together. You'll sense it.
Until then, the next best way to get a feel for it is by hearing how it has touched others. And hopefully their stories motivate you to experience it for yourself, because you could be spared untold oodles of emotional grief. (You should hear some of the pains others have suffered before stumbling upon us. Sadly hosting is a completely unregulated industry. Buyer beware.)
And know this: if your experience is anything short of "breathtaking" (that's how Jenny Cassar put it into words), Acenet doesn't deserve your business. You'll either be glad you allowed us the opportunity to serve you (and we'll be working together for years to come) or we'll say our goodbyes -- after returning your full payment and doing everthing possible to make your departure a pleasant one -- and you'll walk away knowing Acenet is a class-act. That's our pledge to you.

December 18th, 2008 Thanks so much for your technical support. Even though we are miles apart (I'm in Australia) you deal with any web site glitches I have with lightening speed. Not only that, all of your support staff are always patient and polite. It is really important to my Business that things are dealt with quickly and efficiently and that is exactly what you do. Much appreciated.

December 17th, 2008 The Support Team at Acenet have been extremely helpful, and have been patient with me while I asked a million questions about setting up a new dedicated server.
I have used their shared hosting for a few years now, and am confident that having a fully-managed dedicated server will be worry-free. It's all in place now, and I know it's in good hands. Thanks guys. Carolyn Traffic Zone Traffic Zone (trafficzone.com.au)

December 16th, 2008 These guys are great! I've been with them for more than 6 years and they have never had a major service outage, always respond quickly to my emails and never leave me hanging.
I've got friends who host on other servers and they constantly complain of bad service - I'm sticking with ace-net! apptecs.net (apptecs.net)

December 15th, 2008 We have been with Acehost for many years now and all I can say is, if you are not with Acehost, then make the move now coz these guys are realy good and real professionals.
I read some place, if you pirate Acehost employees you pay $300,000 or so. In my opinion these guys are worth millions of dollars and not $300T only. eContent Providers Inc (www.Txtmate.com)

December 12th, 2008 This is my first testimonial regarding this outstanding group of professional support tech's. In each of my encounters, which has been many, believe me, they have been outstanding with three important points. First, they are extremly patient with you when you are stuck in your bind. Second, they are actually guide you with tutorials and email communication that allows you to learn as you go. Third, they also encourage you by explaining how things work regardless of how much knowledge you may have. I'm very excited that Acenet is my web host and I will continue to refer my friends to them because I have had nothing but great support from this group.

December 11th, 2008 I have been with Acenet for quite a few years and not once during that time have I had any problems. Just the opposite, they have gone beyond the call of duty when ever I have had a problem and they either solved it themselves or told me how to do it step by step. There response is always immediate. I look forward to many more years with Acenet!!
