February 1st, 2009 I have never been let down by ace-host. It takes just 5 minutes maximum to get a reply from them be it technical or commercial. I don't think that any other company gives you such good response. My next domain uaeaeroclubs.com will be hosted with them for sure no doubt about it.

January 31st, 2009 I was having trouble getting some emails, and after a week of fighting with Ebay, I contacted Acenet, and within an hour my emails were coming through. Ebay never changes, but Acenet worked around the problem with their emails ! Great tech staff !!!

January 25th, 2009 Let me start off with I have been with Ace-Host.Net over a year or more and I have expierenced very little to almost no down time, and in my business this is important because we are an online radio station. When contacting support I get answers almost instantly and if they do not know the answer themselves (the first person to answer my support request) they will not rest until they have found someone that does know the answer.
I have also had several interactions with billing and they are as effecient as support with reply's in a timely manor and are willing to help in anyway they can to make sure that the customer expierence is as it should be execelent everytime. So in short my hats of to all the fine people that work for Ace-Host.Net be it billing or support.
