February 26th, 2009 I have many domains registered with you and everytime Ive had an issue , your staff has been top notch and very fast. They are the best staff I have come across. Keep up the good work. I would recommend them to everbody.

February 23rd, 2009 The Acenet support is excellent, and response times very fast, especially considering that US time is several hours behind our UK time.

I have had my site hosted with this company for almost three years. I have to admit when I first signed up I was in total amazement as to how efficient the support staff was with all my minor issues that came up. I never waited more than a few minutes for a response or solution. Today is no different. I had a couple questions and it was what seemed like less than one minute that I had a reply and solution. If you are looking for outstanding customer service here is where you want to be. If you are looking for reliable service and up-time, this is where you need to be. February 11th, 2009 Twice this week ace-net intervened and stopped the hacking abuse on our website. The tech support to get everything sorted out was remarkable.
