March 31st, 2009 Acenet is the best hosting company I have ever paid for. In the past, even before my website was as large as it is now, I always had trouble, not anymore! I've been with Acenet for almost a year now and I'm very satisfied. I'm truly happy I decided to switch to a paid host. The support is wow, super, super fast and SO helpful. Thanks again for being so reliable and amazing!!

March 22nd, 2009 I now have 2 dedicated servers. I am a reseller and have been with Acenet for over 3 years. I have tried other dedicated servers from other hosting companies and have cancelled them within a week.
The biggest difference I have found with Acenet is their support staff. They are always quick to respond (within 5 minutes) and not only fixes your problem they take the time if you need it to educate you to fix it yourself next time as well as how to take proactive steps to avoid future issues. I have been with Ace-Host.net for over 4 years now and you could not pay me enough money to migrate away for them. Their service and equipment are both unparalleled in the industry. Their tech support is almost instant and their personnel are courteous and very helpful. They have walked me through the process of learning about running the servers, and are still doing it!! I have just upgraded to my second dedicated server and am really happy. Their connections to the frame-cloud are extremely fast and the equipment is top of the line and lightening fast. I had reseller accounts with three other hosting wholesalers before I found Ace-Host and was at each of them for about a year. I know what I am talking about when I say that Ace-Host service and equipment go unparalleled in the industry and I very highly recommend using their services at any level that you would choose to begin using them. March 19th, 2009 I have been with Acenet for over 3 years now. I have never experienced such reliable service anywhere, and I have been selling online for over 10 years. Their customer service is top notch, technical support is literally 24 hours, and answer my questions within seconds. My website is always up and running and I could not be happier. If you are looking for reliable web hosting, look no further, I don't think it gets any better than this.
