I have been a client of Acenet for a VERY long time, and I can't do anything but sing their praises. I have only had a few issues with my services after making several changes on my own. I am a beginner to developing websites and have created most of my problems on my own. The technical staff and went to all efforts to assure my uptime, functionality, and knowledge has been updated since becoming a customer of AceNet. I am a novice when it comes to computer troubleshooting. We were having SMTP problems with Outlook Express. Basically, our mail was stuck in our outboxes with an error message. I copied and pasted the error into a tech help message box and Ace-host tech helped remedy the situation quickly and courteously. They are always a pleasure to deal with.
