I really like Acenet. The most efficient support service too. A solid hosting service can be crucially important when in businessand using a website. I've had quite a few positive experiences with Acenet that compare hugely with other hosting services that left me quite distressed and concerned. I find Acenet gives me peace of mind with their technical professionalism. I haven't ever felt concerned or worried. I have experienced them actively maintaining the security of my site also. They are honest and ahead of the game in an industry that rapidly changes.

Amazing response time from the support team and the "99.95% Uptime Guarantee" is true. I have not experienced or noticed the 00.05% yet in the past 5 years.

Acenet is clearly dedicated to their customers. My service with them has been largely hassle free for 4 years. The one time I encountered a problem, its 24/7 technical support department was both knowledgeable and helpful, and went the extra mile to resolve my issue.

For several years now Acenet have provided us with consistent good service. Occasional technical issues and support requests are dealt with swiftly and with clear, honest and detailed responses. No other reseller service that we have tried has even come close to this.
