June 13th, 2009 I was moving the domain from another host to my ACENET Server.
I needed to publish the site before doing DNS to ensure the site would be up. After several tries by Tech Support, they finally hit on the procedure to publish to both sites. Thanks to all who worked on the problem. Johnson Technology (rvpark.com)

June 13th, 2009 The scariest thing that can happen to a website is to dissapear. The best thing that can happen to a Web owner is to be hosted by Ace-Net.

June 8th, 2009 Recently, our site was compromised by a hacker. From the moment we reported it, until 16 hours later when it was resolved, Tech Support was there with us, working to find out how it had happened, until it was resolved.

I have been a customer for about 5 years now and have always found their service to be outstanding. If I have any sort of issue then it's very unusual if more than 5 minutes passes before I receive a response and most times it's fully sorted out within quarter of an hour. May 23rd, 2009 I have been with AceNet now for a over four years and quite frankly I would not even consider choosing another provider. I now have a couple of sites registered with AceNet and never had any problems with either the support or the service and availability of the websites.
I remember particularly one occasion where I had a small problem and support went out of their way to help me, even to the extend of providing temporary access to a page "specially adapted for me" - I mean WHO does that for you nowadays??? AceNet is top! Michael Myrtek (www.winsmit.com)
