July 23rd, 2009 Fortunately or unfortunately I have only had to contact tech support a couple of times in 4 years. Each time they were great, "talked me through" things I didn't understand and always responded quickly to the "tickets". It is so easy to work with them,I plan on staying a customer for a long time.

July 20th, 2009 Acenet has made our day to day business activities much easier. In our country Malawi, we have serious forex shortages and as in most African countries, no visa/master card facilities to pay for services online.

July 10th, 2009 A few years ago I have had a resellers account from Acenet, Inc.
Due to circumstances (I got a stroke) I had to stop with the web hosting activities. Fortunately the good ghosts were well disposed to me and now I can start again. What impressed me at that time was the incredible speed by which the support departments replied if I had a problem. Therefore, for me, finding the best reseller hosting provider was no question. Today I opened a new reseller account and, if possible, I was even more impressed than at that time. I have a lot of experience with help-desks and support departments but I am absolutely sure that no one can beat Acenet, be it the presales, after-sales, or technical departments. Chapeau!! July 8th, 2009 I really don't know where to start because every aspect of AceNet is spectacular. This is what I do know: discussions about "uptime" or "downtime" or speed or all that technical stuff are a non-issue. It does all that and more. But the shining star is tech support. These folks are the most amazing group of customer service people I've ever seen. They help with issues within moments, 24/7 and are willing to put up with us "non-tech" customers questions. They go beyond the scope of just supporting the function of hosting support and help with all aspects of web support...not because they have to, but because they are committed to customer relations excellent.
I feel bad for other companies that have "on-line tech support" because I judge them by AceNet standards and they never live up to these guys. Kudos to AceNet and the next time business takes me through where their call center is located, I'm stopping in because this I fell like everyone is like a friend and that deserves a handshake!
