I love you guys.

When I first signed up, it was for Ranchita.com (now http://www.mountain-view-ranch.com/) because it was a small website and there wouldn't be much there. When I had problems with other webhosts for my main site, lisaviolet.com, I transferred them to Ace-host.net, because the price was so very, very right (there were a LOT of specials back then).

When I needed support, I'd submit a ticket and the response was a link to documentation for whatever I needed help with. *lol* It was a learning process for me and I appreciated it. You know, "RTFM".

As Ace-host got bigger, tech support got better. And I've gotta tell you, right now, I love you guys.

My experiences with hosting companies have always been more of frustration than anything, but since signing up with Acenet years ago I've been consistently and repeatedly impressed and amazed at the quality and timely response from the support and sales teams. Just today, Sales (Merril on the phone and Nora and Kyle via email) solved a crisis I had in no time at all. In every situation when I've needed support I've quickly had my question or problem answered or solved and walked away well informed and totally happy that I've chosen the best hosting company out there. I send everyone who asks to Acenet. To me, there's only one hosting company. They've earned my loyalty.

Never get on your cpanel when you've had a tough day and your tired because you might just delete something you shouldn't! Yes, I did that very thing tonite, and I thought I had lost everything on my bbs/newsgroup.

I was in the middle of a panic attack when I emailed support pleading for a miracle. Tech Warren Weeder came to my rescue and helped me get my bbs/newsgroup database working again. All I can say is that I appreciate his patience and expertise helping me when I was tired, frustrated, and in a panic.

I can't thank you enough, Warren Weeder! {{{where do I send the chocolate chip cookies??}}} LOL

As a geologist, I could write FORTRAN IV code fairly well in the 1970's. When "microcomputers" advanced to "PC's" and then reliable software became available for most tasks, I swore off DOS and FORTRAN programming forever.......well, almost. I don't really WANT to know html or xhtml, but I've had to learn a little in the past month. Despite my ignorance about websites, vBulletin, and html, thanks to your support my bulletin board has been running well for nine months, today.

I still don't know what I'm doing, but my bulletin board members don't know that (unless they know me personally).

Three years and counting. Apart from the great prices, what I like most about Acenet is the excellent customer support. Whenever I submit a question or support ticket I know I can sit back and relax for the reply is only a short wait away. The time difference between our countries seems to be no obstacle whatsoever.
