A shared purpose has united all of us here at Acenet, and that purpose is to eliminate
the worry, stress and frustration from your life that all too often burdens other webmasters. Seeing you
enjoy an easy, fun and rewarding evening with your website is what all of us are passionate about.
It's really a perception -- a shared way of seeing the purpose behind what all of us do each and every day. It's hard to express in sound bites, because our competitors make all the same claims. "Your website will be lightning-fast, perfectly reliable and support is out of this world." Surely you have seen these cliches again and again.
In the most simple of terms, you will enjoy a smooth experience at Acenet.
None of us really even know exactly how the Acenet culture came to be, it just happened. No individual was responsible for it; it was a team of talents... rallying together behind an unspoken purpose in perfect harmony. If the exact formula was known to us, riches could probably be made selling it to other companies -- because they're still searching for the answer.
It more than likely boils down to everyone truly caring, and caring about all the right things for all the right reasons.
Whatever it is, its presence will become obvious soon after we start working together. You'll sense it.
Until then, the next best way to get a feel for it is by hearing how it has touched others. And hopefully their stories motivate you to experience it for yourself, because you could be spared untold oodles of emotional grief. (You should hear some of the pains others have suffered before stumbling upon us. Sadly hosting is a completely unregulated industry. Buyer beware.)
And know this: if your experience is anything short of "breathtaking" (that's how Jenny Cassar put it into words), Acenet doesn't deserve your business. You'll either be glad you allowed us the opportunity to serve you (and we'll be working together for years to come) or we'll say our goodbyes -- after returning your full payment and doing everthing possible to make your departure a pleasant one -- and you'll walk away knowing Acenet is a class-act. That's our pledge to you.

October 10th, 2009 Greetings and Thanks,
Some things are almost unbelievable...like miracles...Acenet is a miracle...no, the people who work there are the miracle...customer service...unreal. Acenet is the second company that I have dealt with...but after many years, I know it will be the last...I am not a technical person, but the technicians have gone beyond normal limits to patiently help me solve problems. Thanks. It could not be better. Nothing on the internet can compare. Sincerely, Leigh Townsend Leigh Townsend - Townsend-Tremblay Max Global (townlay.com)

September 30th, 2009 Jerald Darow went out of his way to help me. I had posted a question and he took the time to research information not related to my account with Acenet and got back to me a SECOND TIME with that information. Super Job - Highest Recommendations - Joe Bisaccio, Owner

September 28th, 2009 What great customer service. I had an issue setting up my e-mail account with a windows program and your customer service technician answered the call. Not 5 mins later after sending in an e-mail, the reply was delivered. After a few e-mails later and only 20 mins, the problem was resolved. Fast and easy. Thanks.

September 24th, 2009 I must say I am very happy to have relocated our various domains with AceNet. I have spent the last decade managing dedicated servers for our domains, first with a Sun Cobalt system hosting appliance back in the 1990s and later with a dedicated dual-processor high-end, raid equipped box running cPanel in a datacenter in Dallas.
As I have cut back a lot on my web hosting activities, I realized I was spending much more than I needed for the bandwidth and server overhead I was not using. At the same time I had (and still do) a backup hosting account with another well-known shared-hosting provider. So I have a fair exposure to both sides of this industry and have been with a number of good, reliable hosting and managed server providers. Before I found this outfit I tried workign with another "top" hosting provider, also offering cPanel sites and found them to be unhelpful and fundamentally dishonest about what constitutes "unlimited" disk space (yeah, it's unlimited but "inodes" (files and pointers to files) were severly restricted. Great after wasting days uploading and testing. That said, my experience with AceNet has exceeded my expectations in any number of ways. Their tech support team is the very opposite of what I know to be the industry "norm": every single encounter I have had with them in moving our files (80 gb or so) and handling the transition between our file layout and version of cPanel and theirs has been handled with speed, accuracy, patience and a superb level of just plain competence. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a hosting solution. My special thanks to Ryan King, Duane Crouch and George Yedinak for making it all go smoothly. Presales inquiries and transition were ably assisted by a very fine sales department. Again, unlike the "process" elsewhere I got prompt and (more important) accurate answers to my questions about whether our large number of files etc would be a problem on this host. I was helped by Nora Abdulla who not only responded at once to any pre-sale questions i had but stayed with me through the entire set-up and test period to smooth over any bumps etc. Since then we have had very good uptime but, more important 110% superb customer service and support. Plus I no longer get a dozen emails nightly from various severs with cPanel update logs, etc. i am free to focus on running my business instead of maintaining a server. As i said above: I'd recommend these guys to anyone. David deForrest (buybeach.com)

September 23rd, 2009 Hello Everybody,
I have been with Acenet for 4 years now and apart from the fact that the helpdesk of Acenet definitely is the fastest and friendliest helpdesk from all over the internet, I have to inform you about another aspect. two days ago I had a problem with a nameserver check and it took us together from 13:42 till 18:44 and 12 ticket replies to get the problem solved. And the whole thing was handled extremely delicately. In France we would say: Chapeau bas! Harry Roes (webinternetproviders.com)

September 22nd, 2009 Acenet support are always willing to help me to get my pages
to "work," - AND without any fuss. I find they are extremely helpful and most considerate in doing more than they need to. To say "Thank you" fails to express how grateful I am for all their help; They are certainly above and beyond normal support. You guys are the greatest. Jerome. Jerome Thomas (247clickhost.com)
