November 8th, 2009 I've been a loyal customer here since 2005, and I have not once regretted it since. This company was the best choice I have ever made to host my server on.
I rarely need to use the support centre here, but each time I do, a very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly technician is always there to help me through anything that I have to face regarding server issues. I am always surprised and how great the customer service here is each time I use it. It gets better and better each time I use it! I also never write things like this, but I just had to because of how happy I am here. You guys (Acenet) are doing a great job, so keep it up! :-) Engel Lau (mhcstudios.com)

November 7th, 2009 I am really busy at the moment but I have to take the time to write this because the guys from Acenet saved me a lot of time & trouble, on several occasions and today again. Whenever I had a problem it was always solved in the shortest amount of time possible. Some times I have written a request for help, thinking that this is actually something I should pay a programmer or a web-designer to do for me but, bing, it is done! This, combined with the fantastic new server-speeds I am noticing, makes Acenet the best place to be and at the best price to boot. Bravo!

November 6th, 2009 Again, I have found the staff at ACE-NET prompt, courteous and thorough. We have upgraded our relationship with ACE-NET repeatedly, due in large part to the service we have received. We have the opportunity to compare customer service with two other hosting companies with whom we work, and ACE NET has already gotten one of those domains added to our account and now we needed a dedicated server.

October 31st, 2009 I've used Acenet's web hosting service from Beijing China for 3 years, and just extended for 3 more years. I have to say AceNet's service is perfect. Even I submit a technical request in the afternoon in weekend (deep night in weekend in US), they still can respond me within 10 minutes. And the rental is very cheap, only around RMB 810 per year. I'd recommended it to my friends in China.

October 18th, 2009 Ace hosting is great and the best of all is its 24/7 tech support. these guys mean serious bussiness and they prove it every time.
Usualy, the average responce time is 5 minutes and it is solving the problem within an hour when something has gone completely wrong because of a client's mistake given that the client will have to chat a bit with the technician to explain what happened. Otherwise it is all getting sorted within a minute or so. I have enjoyed their fantastic services for more than 4 years and I have no reason to leave as their prices are always within the 10 most competitive in the market. drastiriotita.com (drastiriotita.com)
