These guys/gals provide excellent and prompt service. The service is so good I sometimes forget that I have a great company hosting for me! Have been here since 05 and had only one issue which was resolved within a few hours. Thanks a bunch!

I have been with this company for about 6 years now and time and time again this group has gone beyond the scope of traditional support to help solve issues related to my hosted sites. Well, today I had to contact the support for another small issue but which bothered me a lot, some conflict with a DSN name propaganda to the internet, the register co. configuration was set right, but it just didn't make sense. Contacted them (don't want to mention their name) but yet no response. Then I contacted my Server Here which I have been a client for almost 4 years, if not more.

Then their response was almost instant, as always is. And on top of it all, their diagnosis for the problem was also on the mark. It didn't take much to resolve it.

Again I just want to stress the importance of my needs when I need it most. It's like that slogan from MasterCard, "When you have peace of Mind, you don't put a Price Tag on it"...

For all this time I've been with Acenet, Inc. they ALWAYS, have been there for me whenever I need it, it doesn't matter if it's 3am, and let me tell you, they respont to you FAST... they don't take 12-24 Hrs to return your emails like many other host company tech supports do, if they do.

Once again I would like to thank Acenet,Inc. for their Great Service and also for a Fast Internet Server. And did I say, cheap...

I should have done this alot earlier, but here it is. I have had a few small problems on my sites and after have sent in a ticket the help have been there so fast. You guys are amazing and I am so glad that I found you beacuse I had so much trouble with other hosts before I found you and here I going to stay forever "smile". Your service, fast help and so much more is great. Acenet, Inc is worth all awards and stars out there.
